Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast (born 12 November 1961, in Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej (now Onestiin Gheorghe Gheorghiu dej, now Onesti Romania). She was the first to achieve a perfect 10 on an Olympic event. Bela Karolyi was later Romanian Gymnastics Coach, came across Comaneci at just seven years old. Comaneci competed for the first time at the national junior championships, placing 13th. Following that, she became champion. Her first ever international competition in 1972, she took the top spot by winning three gold awards. In 1975, she won four golds and one silver in her first senior competition. Lyudmila Torishcheva was a five-time European champion. In 1976, she was the first person in the world to utilize a reversed double salto to dismount from the parallel bars. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Her path into the world of entertainment began in her teens, when she began skating figure with her younger sibling Nina Wayne as part of the traveling entertainment shows called Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne was born on the 6th of September 1942 in Chicago Illinois US. Carol ventured into the entertainment industry during her teenage years. She began her professional career by performing figure skating along with Nina Wayne, her younger sister in one of the touring entertainment show Ice Capades. The shows featured theatrical ice-skating performances.
